How do we support you?
If you wish, we can support you in the long-term operation and/or further development of your software, professionally and reliably. It doesn't matter whether it's our software or someone else's - the main thing is that the source code is available. We solve problems, advise and program for you. We are your extended workbench for what we love: Programming!
Our qualified, experienced and certified senior developers will help you at short notice and make you independent of vacations, illness, fluctuation and capacity bottlenecks. We are reliably available by e-mail, telephone, ticket system, TeamViewer etc. or in person at your premises or here with us in Frankfurt am Main. We are available MO-FR 9-18 o'clock, beyond that by arrangement. Minor changes and problem fixes are usually completed on the same working day, larger ones depending on the scope.

Can eWorks support my software?
We support not only our own software solutions developed by us, but also software solutions programmed by third parties: for the purpose of professionalizing previously hobbyist-developed solutions or to compensate for staff shortages or simply to make faster progress - or, or, or. We receive the necessary source codes, set up a ticket system, source code management, demonstration system etc. free of charge, create your accesses and off you go!
How does billing work?
In contrast to conventional fixed-price projects, no time-consuming specifications are drawn up for support projects and no complex contract for work is concluded, just a service contract as a loose framework agreement. This is quick and can be completed within 24 hours if required.
The specific work orders ("tickets"), on the other hand, such as bug fixes, consulting requests or expansion requests, are only communicated, discussed and estimated in terms of their costs when they arise: Day by day, task by task ("tax consultant model"). Billing takes place at the end of the month by post and / or PDF, broken down by quarter of an hour and by ticket - or not, namely if no services are used in a month, because there is no minimum purchase or basic fee or other asterisk texts with eWorks: you only pay for what you use - software development like electricity from a socket!
What if I am not satisfied?
If the development should be brought back in-house one day, no problem: only the source code is temporarily transferred to eWorks, the rights to it remain with you. And thanks to the star-text-free contract, you can easily terminate the contract: at any time, immediately, free of charge! (If, almost never happens.)
What are typical support services provided by eWorks?
