.NET databases

.NET Office add-ins

.NET merchandise management connections

ASP.NET intranet applications
are internal web applications for closed groups of people that often contain confidential data and must therefore explicitly not be accessible to "everyone". ASP.NET product configurators
enable the customization of products directly in a store: customers can configure "their" items directly in the online store, add them to the shopping cart and buy them, e.g. T-shirts, jerseys, textiles, posters, flyers, mugs, promotional items, signs, jewelry and more. A store product configurator is programmed individually for the store items to be sold with it and, depending on the items, enables e.g. color selection, text design and / or image upload. If customers change an item, its preview and (if desired) its price also change immediately: customers can see on the screen in real time what they will be ordering and how much it will cost. Even 3D product presentations are possible! (See THIMM reference for a visual impression.) Intelligent masks prevent incorrect orders and thus reduce the support effort, and as the icing on the cake, a smart design increases the attractiveness for customers and makes them "want to store". ASP.NET online stores
are complete store solutions based on the Microsoft .NET framework, which (unlike many other web stores) are not programmed with PHP, but with ASP.NET. ASP.NET online stores are often an efficient solution if a Microsoft environment is available, e.g. if a web store needs to be connected to a Microsoft Dynamics ERP (formerly Microsoft Navision). However, we are also happy to develop online stores with PHP and OXID eShop or Shopware for you.
ASP.NET payment system connections

ASP.NET eCommerce programming

Development of the mobile app 100 Sekunden Morgen for Android & iOS(2024)
On behalf of the RKW Competence Center, eWorks 2023 took over the development of the mobile app "100 Sekunden Morgen" including the associated backend. The aim was to develop an app based on a cross-platform framework so that it did not have to be developed separately for Android and iOS. The backend was to offer the client's editors an easy way to create and maintain new content, which would then be displayed by the app.
Development of a web application for eValuero GmbH with .NET / C# / Angular(2022)
eValuero GmbH commissioned eWorks at the end of 2022 to develop a single-page web application based on Angular, Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. The aim was to create a platform for recording and processing insurance-related tasks, such as claims settlement.
Development of a web application for Fripa with .NET / C# / Angular(2021)
In mid-2020, eWorks was commissioned by Fripa Papierfabrik Albert Friedrich KG (Fripa) to implement a single-page web application based on Angular and Microsoft .NET Core. Fripa is a German manufacturer of high-quality hygiene paper based in Düren. Production and planning require the recording of raw materials and supplies, which was only partially digitized at the time of commissioning and was completely digitized as a web application through the implementation. The focus was also on device independence, so that the web application can be used both in the desktop area under Microsoft Windows 10 and on mobile devices with the Google Android operating system, which is used on the Zebra MDE devices in use at Fripa for barcode scanning. An interface to the ERP system proALPHA was implemented by the customer via the underlying Oracle database of the web application.
Development of a SharePoint intranet for CPM Germany GmbH(2020)
The internationally active sales company CPM, based in Bad Homburg v. d. H., has commissioned eWorks as an official Microsoft partner and SharePoint developer from Frankfurt am Main to develop an intranet on the technical basis of Microsoft SharePoint 365.
Development of a system platform with PHP and XML(2016)
I.G.Bauerhin is one of the world's leading automotive suppliers and develops seat heating systems for various vehicle manufacturers. Among other things, I.G.Bauerhin supplies vehicle manufacturers and their system suppliers with steering wheel heaters, sensors for seat occupancy detection, components for air conditioning seats and electronic control units.

A well-known German company in the food industry commissioned eWorks, as Microsoft Outlook specialists, to develop an Outlook add-in for the e-mail storage of suspicious messages: spam e-mails, phishing e-mails and other dangerous e-mails (viruses, worms etc.).
Programming De-Mail Outlook Add-In with C# and .NET(2015)
As part of the De-Mail program, eWorks has programmed a Microsoft Outlook plugin for 1&1 De-Mail GmbH for the integration of De-Mail in Outlook. De-Mail is a legally secure e-mail alternative for confidential communication. De-Mail enables official documents to be sent securely over the Internet.
Further development of a business intelligence database for Repucom(2015)
Repucom provides comprehensive consulting services in the sports and entertainment business and supports its customers in maximizing their economic success. The globally active market research and consulting company in the sports and entertainment business, based in Cologne, has commissioned eWorks to technically and visually optimize an already developed, individual business intelligence database and to expand it to include several new areas.

Quality assurance of a Microsoft Outlook Add-In(2013)
PROSTEP AG is the recognized PLM specialist in the field of product data integration. The company offers customers from the aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering industries the integration of CAD, PDM and supplier communication. The PROSTEP Group currently employs more than 250 people in Germany, France and the USA. PROSTEP AG develops and operates a data exchange platform for the secure transmission of large volumes of data via e-mail & WWW: OpenDXM GlobalX. To improve desktop integration, an additional Outlook add-in was programmed that merges OpenDXM GlobalX with Outlook. eWorks was commissioned to support the quality assurance of this Microsoft Outlook add-in with automated GUI tests.
Development of geodata visualizer for BOARD Deutschland GmbH(2012)
BOARD International, headquartered in Lugano, is the manufacturer of the user-friendly BOARD toolkit for the completely programming-free creation of business intelligence and performance management applications (e.g. analysis, planning, reporting, simulation) in a single environment. BOARD already provides over 2,500 companies with a precise view of their data at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional solutions. The German sales subsidiary BOARD Deutschland GmbH has commissioned eWorks to develop an individual software solution for the web-based visualization of geographical data: the geodata visualizer (BOARD Maps).
Microsoft Outlook programming of a field service tool(2011)
Kaffee-Manufaktur Heimbs Kaffee GmbH & Co. KG (Braunschweig) commissioned eWorks with the realization of a Microsoft Outlook tool for process support. The objective was to support the sales representatives with an accompanying tool that accelerates the sending of e-mails to customers and avoids process errors, in short: to increase process efficiency.
