Excel VBA programming and Word template creation for Montblanc Deutschland GmbH(2026)
In spring 2024, Montblanc Deutschland GmbH (Hamburg) commissioned eWorks, a Frankfurt-based Microsoft partner and VBA service provider, to professionalize, optimise and expand an existing Excel profile tool. The Excel tool had developed steadily over the years and was in use, but had reached its technical limits.
Development of B2B store for Volkswagen Group Original Teile Logistik, Vertrieb & Services GmbH(2025)
In 2018, Volkswagen Group Original Teile Logistik, Vertrieb & Services GmbH from Baunatal commissioned the Frankfurt-based eCommerce specialist eWorks GmbH with an exciting online store project: they were looking for an OXID agency with many years of experience to implement a multi-brand B2B web store. After intensive workshops with various online store agencies and a convincing offer, eWorks was awarded the contract to develop the new OTLG store as an OXID service provider. OTLG wanted to have a professional B2B store created so that service partners, workshops and dealers could order wheels, tires, workshop equipment and other accessories from the various group brands in the future. The choice fell on the proven store system OXID eShop in the powerful "Enterprise B2B Edition", not least because of its unlimited customizability and integrated client system.
Rebranding www.mtx-shop.de with OXID eShop 7.1 for MedTriX GmbH(2025)
MedTriX GmbH (Wiesbaden) commissioned eWorks, the Frankfurt-based OXID agency 2024, with the content and graphic redesign of the MedTriX online store at www.mtx-shop.de: a rebranding including a new web design and technical modernization during ongoing operations. The objective was to rebuild the store with OXID 7.1, a consistent corporate design and a clear content structure for medical literature, training materials for doctors and patient information. MedTriX GmbH wanted to create a new online store that would inform and serve B2C and B2B customers alike. As an online store agency, eWorks successfully implemented the web design, programming and data migration.
Word-Vorlagen erstellen lassen durch Digitalisierung mit Excel & VBA(2025)
Die Bürgermeister-Reuter-Stiftung (BRST) mit Sitz in Berlin beauftragte eWorks als Frankfurter Microsoft-Partner und Word-Spezialisten 2022 mit der Konsolidierung einer historisch gewachsenen Word-Vorlagenlandschaft. Über die gesamte Stiftungsgruppe hinweg kursierten – je nach Dokumentart, Firmierung und Corporate Design – rund 500 Word-Vorlagen und andere Dokumente, die bei jeder Änderung an Unternehmensdaten, Formatvorlagen oder Layout einzeln anzupassen waren. Diese manuelle Pflege war arbeitsintensiv, langwierig, teuer und fehleranfällig. Der Auftrag: Strukturen verschlanken, Inhalte zentralisieren und einen Vorlagen-Generator entwickeln, mit dem sich Word-Vorlagen erstellen lassen - um Pflegeaufwände zu reduzieren und Dokumentprozesse zu digitalisieren.
Digital relaunch for the State Chamber of Pharmacists of Hesse with TYPO3 LTS 12.4(2025)
In 2024, eWorks was commissioned by the State Chamber of Pharmacists of Hesse (Frankfurt am Main) to completely relaunch its website at www.apothekerkammer.de. As a public corporation, the chamber is a central point of contact for over 6,000 pharmacists in Hesse - the requirements for functionality, reliability and user-friendliness were correspondingly high. As an experienced TYPO3 developer, eWorks was responsible for both the graphic design and the technical implementation with the TYPO3 LTS 12.4 content management system.
Online store support www.zoobedarf-hitzegrad.de with OXID eShop(2025)
In March 2021, "Hitzegrad® - Ihr BARF-Experte" (Krefeld) commissioned eWorks as a long-standing OXID partner with the long-term technical support of the online store www.zoobedarf-hitzegrad.de based on OXID eShop and three WordPress blogs. Since 2008, Zoobedarf-Hitzegrad has stood for high-quality BARF products, sustainable production, species-appropriate animal nutrition, short transport routes, top quality and close customer loyalty - an approach that was recognized with the "Entrepreneur of the Future" award. eWorks stood out among the various OXID agencies due to its many years of existence since 1998, its traditional technology neutrality and its strong programming affinity. The aim of the project was to continuously optimize the existing online store, program new functions and develop them further in the long term.
Vorlagen-Erstellung für Word, PowerPoint, Writer, Impress und LaTeX für eine Universität aus München(2019)
2015 stand eine große Münchner Universität vor einer Herausforderung: Ein neues, modernes Corporate Design – aber die Dokumentvorlagen? Veraltet, uneinheitlich, umständlich. Gemeinsam mit der ediundsepp Gestaltungsgesellschaft mbH machte sich die Hochschule auf die Suche nach einer Lösung. Die Wahl fiel auf eWorks – Microsoft-Partner und Spezialist für maßgeschneiderte Office-Vorlagen. Die hinter dem Auftrag stehende Uni wollte professionelle Word-Vorlagen erstellen lassen, aber auch PowerPoint-Vorlagen, OpenOffice- bzw. LibreOffice-Vorlagen und sogar LaTeX-Vorlagen – eine seltene Kombination und somit Herausforderung für den Microsoft Word-Spezialisten eWorks. Zielsetzung: Einheitliche Vorlagen, die einfach funktionieren! Keine wilden Formatierungen mehr, keine ewige Suche nach der richtigen Vorlage – sondern ein durchdachtes System, das Corporate-Design-Vorgaben einhält und die Arbeit mit Dokumenten einfacher, schneller und professioneller macht. Als besondere Herausforderung galt es zudem, die unterschiedlichen Vorstellungen der einzelnen Fakultäten hinsichtlich Layout, Struktur und Inhalt zu berücksichtigen, gleichzeitig die Fülle der Vorlagen für die unterschiedlichen Applikationen aber dennoch kosteneffizient pflegen und warten zu können. eWorks überzeugte durch ein cleveres, kosteneffizientes Konzept, seine langjährige Microsoft Office Expertise und seine Erfahrung als VBA-Dienstleister – und erhielt schlussendlich den Auftrag zur Programmierung eines entsprechenden Vorlagensystems.
Development of an Excel project management tool for VGF(2022)
Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH (VGF) has commissioned eWorks as Frankfurt's Excel programmer to develop a project management tool based on Microsoft Excel and VBA. VGF's 2,500 employees operate over 400 rail vehicles on 10 streetcar and 9 subway lines and are responsible for the rolling and fixed infrastructure, traffic management, cleanliness, safety, service and customer service. As a service provider, VGF transports over 200 million passengers annually. VGF wanted to have a project management tool programmed in Microsoft Excel to support project management in SAP, RIBiTWO, myParm and ZEDAS in order to plan, manage and successfully complete hundreds of projects every year: Elevator installations, platform modernizations, other construction measures and much more.
Development and programming of the website relaunch for SE Tylose(2021)
On behalf of and together with our partner VIST (Very Interactive Sales Tools GmbH), we developed and combined the multilingual web presence of Shin-Etsu Pharma & Food Materials Distribution (SE PFMD) and SE Tylose - one of the most important cellulose ether suppliers worldwide - with eWorks responsible for the technical development and VIST for the concept and design. The website is based on the open source content management system TYPO3 in Long Term Support Version 9.5.
Development of an Excel tool for the automatic creation of PowerPoint presentations(2020)
As a certified VBA programmer and Microsoft partner, eWorks was commissioned by the BMW Group's Lightweight Construction and Technology Center at the end of 2019 to program an Excel add-in for generating PowerPoint presentations. The objective was to provide Excel folders with a kind of mail merge function in order to be able to create several PowerPoint slides fully automatically at the push of a button according to different compositions for different target groups - simple, error-free, lightning fast.
Word template creation for STAR COOPERATION(2020)
STAR COOPERATION GmbH (Böblingen), a globally active project planning and consulting company for automotive and other projects, commissioned eWorks as a Frankfurt Word specialist in 2018 to create Word templates for letters and other Word documents.
Development of a SharePoint intranet for CPM Germany GmbH(2020)
The internationally active sales company CPM, based in Bad Homburg v. d. H., has commissioned eWorks as an official Microsoft partner and SharePoint developer from Frankfurt am Main to develop an intranet on the technical basis of Microsoft SharePoint 365.
Creation of a PowerPoint presentation template for Aramark(2020)
Aramark Holding Deutschland GmbH (Neu-Isenburg), the German head of an internationally active catering and gastronomy company with over 200,000 employees, contacted eWorks as a technical PowerPoint specialist at the beginning of 2020 to have professional PowerPoint templates developed. The objective was to create and implement a new PowerPoint slide master with around 10 different layouts in the Aramark corporate design in order to be able to create PowerPoint presentations more error-free, time-saving and cost-saving in the future.
Creation of intelligent Word templates for Frankfurter Sparkasse 1822(2020)
In July 2019, Frankfurter Sparkasse, one of the largest savings banks in Germany, commissioned eWorks, a Microsoft Word specialist with many years of experience, to create professional Word templates. Specifically, Frankfurter Sparkasse wanted to have around a dozen intelligent Word templates created - for Fraspa itself, but also for its subsidiary "1822direkt". The aim was to enable Word users to create letters, minutes, notifications, etc. faster, more conveniently and with fewer errors in future - with 100% corporate design conformity.
Online store development www.plexiglas-shop.com for Evonik Röhm(2020)
Darmstadt-based PLEXIGLAS® inventor Evonik Röhm GmbH - then still Evonik, since 2019 Röhm GmbH - commissioned eWorks as a certified Shopware and OXID partner to recreate the online store www.plexiglas-shop.com. The large-scale project based on the OXID eShop Enterprise B2B Edition consisted of three project phases, which were completed in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
TYPO3 migration, website programming and redesign for firesys(2016)
For 25 years, firesys has been supporting more than 100 companies in the creation of automated financial reports in their own corporate design based on Microsoft Word and Excel, including in-house printing.

The provider of technical building equipment "Caverion Deutschland GmbH" (Munich) commissioned eWorks with the VBA programming of a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in. The objective was the simple and automated switching between different slide layouts of the title slides for printing and presentation purposes.
Programming multilingual Microsoft Word templates(2013)
The Max Rubner Institute, Federal Research Institute for Nutrition and Food, commissioned eWorks to develop 10 Microsoft Word templates for different business cases on the basis of a design template. The new Word templates were to be characterized by ease of use, CI-compliant format templates and intelligent additional functions. The aim was to improve the implementation of the corporate identity (CI) while at the same time reducing process costs for writing letters, faxes, memos, text messages and other Office documents. In addition, a Microsoft PowerPoint template was to be created to facilitate the creation of door signs.

The "Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V." (ZVEI), based in Frankfurt am Main, commissioned eWorks to develop various Microsoft Word templates and a PowerPoint template for different business processes on the basis of a design template. The MS Office templates to be created were to be characterized by ease of use, corporate design conformity and useful additional functions. The aim was to update the layout of letters, notes, minutes and other Microsoft Office documents following a relaunch of the corporate design (CD). At the same time, the aim was to reduce process costs when creating Word documents.
Development of a Microsoft Office confidentiality rating(2013)
eWorks supported the agency for strategic communication "c-scope" (Munich) in programming Microsoft Word document templates and PowerPoint presentation templates for "Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co.
