Modernization and technical relaunch of the tax consultant website for Bilanz und Steuer AG from Frankfurt

In 2024, Bistag (Bilanz und Steuer AG) from Frankfurt am Main commissioned eWorks with the complete relaunch of their firm's website www.bistag.net. The Frankfurt-based tax consultancy firm stands for expertise, trust and modern tax advice - values that should also be brought to life in the new website. The aim of the project was to combine a fresh, contemporary design with solid, high-performance technology - as a digital business card and as an information platform for clients and applicants.

The existing website was no longer technically and visually up to date. Therefore, a completely new development based on PHP 7.4 was realized. The decision was deliberately made in favor of a lean, individual PHP solution - without a heavyweight CMS, but with maximum flexibility, high performance and easy maintainability. The backend development was supported by proven web standards such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript to create a modern and user-friendly interface. The website was implemented bilingually in both German and English, including language switching.

A central element of the project was the close coordination of content and design with the management of Bilanz und Steuer AG. Particular emphasis was placed on a clear information structure: Visitors can quickly find relevant content such as service areas, firm profile and contact persons. The clear, trustworthy design reflects the seriousness and expertise of the law firm - and also continues seamlessly on mobile devices.

eWorks supported Bilanz und Steuer AG from the conception and web design to the technical implementation and commissioning - and continues to be available as a contact for maintenance and extensions.
