The electronic shopping center

The software product "Telemall" was a rental store system (or mall system) developed by the company telemall (formerly: mails+media GmbH), which offers retailers without their own Internet server the possibilities of large store systems at a favorable price.

Today, we would speak of software as a service (SaaS) or cloud computing. The term "rental store" was also used. In 2000, the term "application service providing" (ASP) was still used. telemall was one of the pioneers here, somewhat ahead of its time. A few years later, the large web hosters were ultimately able to successfully apply the business model.

eWorks was involved in the further development of the telemall software and the implementation of customer-specific malls.
