Update of the CMS version and redesign of a company website with TYPO3

The electronics company Router Solutions (Darmstadt) supports its customers in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency in industrial production. The company's range of services includes the development and sale of production software as well as personal customer support.

Router Solutions commissioned eWorks to redesign and adapt the existing TYPO3 website. This was to be given a visual relaunch and updated to the latest version of TYPO3.

The website was migrated from TYPO3 4 to TYPO3 6 and the configuration, file system and template structure were revised and optimized in the process. Speaking URLs were configured for search engine optimization. English was also introduced as an additional website language and a news module was added.

Since the website went live, eWorks Router Solutions has provided support for content input, user queries and change requests.
