Print PDF documents with watermarks / numbering...!

eWorks developed an Adobe Acrobat plug-in for the storage of PDF documents with optical watermarks and the printing of PDF documents with so-called "copy numbering".

Convenient user guidance makes it easy to define the appearance of the watermark or copy numbering in terms of transparency and page area. In the case of the watermark, the lettering to be displayed is also selected; in the case of copy numbering, the copy number range to be used is selected.

In order to maintain the respective company CI, watermarks can only be inserted using a set of predefined fonts, which have a defined appearance (font, font color, etc.) and are automatically adapted in size and orientation to the paper format of the page (DIN A3, DIN A4, etc.).

The copy numbering function allows the printing of PDF documents with so-called "copy numbering" - i.e. the printing of different copies of the same document, whereby each copy is given a unique number as a watermark - the copy number.

Added watermarks are later recognized by the plug-in and can be easily edited or completely removed at any time.

Added watermarks are difficult to remove without the help of the plug-in, especially if only the paper form of a document is available - the watermark therefore offers simple but effective protection against unauthorized duplication of published documents!
