Integration of a new payment method

A payment provider commissioned eWorks with the connection of a new telephone-based payment system (paybyte) to the customer's existing gateway. Development work was carried out in ASP with VBScript using SQL Server 2000 with stored procedures.

The new telephone payment system provided by another provider was seamlessly integrated into the customer's infrastructure so that the end customer has a standardized interface for both the web service-supported transaction process and reporting.

The connected telephone payment system works with premium telephone numbers (0190) and TAN codes for transaction confirmation and thus makes it possible to bypass dialers and other solutions for paying for content on the Internet. The possible transaction amounts range from 1 cent to around €100. The technology also enables content marketers to reach Internet users with LAN and DSL connections, for example in companies.
