Further development and support of an OXID eShop
Continuous development of an online store for outdoor & workwear
The Krusche Outdoor & Workwear Shop has commissioned eWorks with the maintenance, support and further development of its OXID eShop www.krusche-outdoor.de.
Since June 2013, eWorks has been supporting the store operator of www.krusche-outdoor.de in the continuous further development of its online store for outdoor & workwear, including through
- Adapting the store design to optimize usability ("usability")
- Search engine optimization (SEO) for Google, Bing and other search engines using various SEO measures (e.g. through "rich snippets")
- Supervision and implementation of the change of web host (Profihost to Hetzner)
- Connection to payment service providers such as Paypal, Sofortüberweisung and Amazon Pay to increase conversion rates and sales
- Technical support for the connection of the "Warexo" merchandise management system
- eKOMI integration to improve the article evaluation function
- Development of automated voucher dispatch for store customers
The store operator reports all kinds of tasks to eWorks by telephone, e-mail or ticket system. eWorks advises its client and then implements the requests. In addition, eWorks is regularly available to its clients for technical consultations in order to strategically plan the further development of the online store. Here, eWorks contributes its own eCommerce experience from B2B and B2C, which has been built up over many years.
