Development of PowerPoint templates in corporate design

Aramark Holding Deutschland GmbH (Neu-Isenburg), the German head of an internationally active catering and gastronomy company with over 200,000 employees, contacted eWorks as a technical PowerPoint specialist at the beginning of 2020 to have professional PowerPoint templates developed. The objective was to create and implement a new PowerPoint slide master with around 10 different layouts in the Aramark corporate design in order to be able to create PowerPoint presentations more error-free, time-saving and cost-saving in the future.

Existing PPT slides from the client's existing presentations served as the visual basis for the PowerPoint template creation, from which a brand-new PowerPoint template including slide master and approx. 10 layouts were derived - all 100% corporate design-compliant. In the end, the template, slide master and layouts were fine-tuned together in close coordination until all requirements were met and they could be used. Placeholders for text and graphics, pre-formatting and intuitive usability enable presentations to be created quickly and easily - hours of reworking PowerPoint slides are a thing of the past.

eWorks actively supported Aramark in the development of PowerPoint templates from the very beginning of the project: starting with an initial, non-binding consultation, through technical planning, layout and design, to the handover and acceptance of the finalized template. After commissioning, eWorks is reliably available to its client as a Microsoft PowerPoint expert for operating questions and any error reports and enhancement requests.
