Arcor CreaVoice Voice Portal desktop
Development of a .NET Windows desktop software for the control of IVR voice dialog systems with CreaVoice
On behalf of "Very Interactive Sales Tools GmbH", eWorks has implemented Windows desktop software for "Arcor AG & Co. KG" for the management of telephone voice dialog systems. The CreaVoice® Voice Portal platform from CreaLog Software Entwicklung und Beratung GmbH (Munich) was used.
The objective was to create a user-friendly, expandable and robust software tool for daily studio use. The user-friendliness was achieved through a modern WinForms user interface based on Microsoft .NET and "Infragistics NetAdvantage®" components. Robustness was ensured by numerous test cycles under live conditions as well as automated "stress tests" of the Internet functionalities. Extensibility to new customers and scenarios was ensured by a flexible "plug-in" model. The goal was thus achieved.
The technical concept was developed together with the client before the project began. Based on the approved requirements, eWorks proposed a procedure, which was then implemented and the software was handed over to the client as planned. In the period that followed, eWorks continuously made further adjustments and supported the client with technical questions and customizing by e-mail and telephone.
